Am having problems with video buffering, they take forever to load. I have the latest flash player, have high speed internet and excellent wireless signal. Am using windows xp on one laptop and windows 7 on another...both have the same problem. Worked perfectly on both computers prior to renewing my subscription. Admin say they can't understand why I'm having this problem. I have run anti-virus software and found no malware or virus. Anyone else having the same problem with this site or know of any upgrades I may need.

On the tests we did we never had a problem with loading times.
It's true that the site itself and the videos are hosted in different spots and because of this you can see the site fast but not the loading, however we don't have reports of that, does it still persist?
