Hello fellow pervs !!!

I've just discovered this site yesterday and eagerly uploaded an avatar pic. I thought it didn't take, so I reloaded it several times throughout the day...

Now, I have 4 copies of the same individual picture!! HELP! How do I erase these... and go about adding more?!
Needless to say, I am a bit confused!

click on PHOTOS, then FAVOURITES and then the delete option is on the top right of each photo
