You are free to delete your videos from this site. It would be a shame, but we respect your copyright and your right to delete your own videos. I don't think other sites such as ***** have the same ethics.

another video appear in 3Xupload. When i uloaded my videos i remake the sign by "Allow others to download this video."
Why is this possible when it is for nothing?

Perhaps you should start watermarking the uploaded videos with the yuvutu logo. I don't see anyproblem with my videos bearing your logo. I mean, I'm agreeing to upload them to you in the first place. The videos stolen and used on 3xuploot bear their logo. If the originals we watermarked somewhere make sure it isn't somewhere that it can be easily cropped off by 3x.

The problem with watermarking is that some key footage could be hidden by a logo. It's swings and roundabouts, but it would help protect the copyright.
