I need help. In order to post moore vids here i must learn how to "blur" the faces. Anyone here who can tell me how to do that?

Windows Movie Maker doesn't support blurring a small portion of your video image. If you want to blur a portion of the screen (like your face), you'll have to use a different video editing app. Im a mac user so pc's arent really my thing but Pinnacle Studio or adobe premier/after effects will do it for u
